It won't let me login!

If you did not receive an e-mail with the username and password you created, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. (It may also have been inadvertently sent to your junk or spam folder.)

Try not to use spaces in the username. Usernames are not case sensitive, but passwords are. Passwords must also be at least six characters.

Usernames are limited to 25 characters. So, if you enter a long e-mail address as your username, it will truncate or shorten it to 25 characters. Then, when you try to login using the entire address, it will say the username and password do not match. Only enter the first 25 characters. 

If you've tried what you believe is correct and still cannot login, please send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with what you want your username and password to be, and we will change it asap. You can also call 615-556-9194 for assistance.

 

Stream not found?!

If you get an error in the video player saying that the stream cannot be found, please clear the browser's cache, cookies and temporary files from the top menu under Tools > Internet Options. You can also use another web browser to view the stream and/or reboot your machine. This usually occurs if you've previously watched the stream. The browser stores the location of the stream on our content distribution network, which periodically changes according to demand. Clearing the cache will allow the browser to find the new location on the network.


 

I have audio but no video

Your internet connection may be too slow. Please visit speedtest.net and run a speed test to find out your download speed. In order to watch the stream without any interruption, your speed needs to be 1Mbps or greater. You can have a slower speed and still may be able to watch it, but expect occasional to frequent skips or pauses. Our stream is usually between 250-350Kbps. If your download speed is close to that or slower, you may only receive audio.

If your speed is 1Mbps or above, please make sure you have the latest version of the Flash player from Adobe.com.

 

I paid but can't access the show!

If you complete a payment, you should receive a receipt from PayPal, and your order should show in your account as Confirmed. To check the status of your order, click on MY ACCOUNT, and view the details of your order(s) below. If it says Pending, the payment process was not completed or the PayPal notification to our website failed (notification failures are very rare). If you have a receipt from PayPal and your order still says, Pending, please forward the receipt to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to have your order confirmed.

Once you've completed the payment, return to Visworks.com and you will see a Paid Content menu on the top left with links to the show(s) you have purchased. You must be logged in to see this menu, and you can only see it on the home and paid content pages.
 

Why do I have to pay?

Streaming a live event is not inexpensive. So, we were hoping everyone could chip in a little so we wouldn't have to bombard you with video ads so often.

 

Do I have to pay with PayPal

We are using PayPal as our credit card processor for the time being. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account, nor do you have to create a PayPal account in order to make a payment.
